Our Story

Tricon has built a reputation and brand based on a deep appreciation for our clients needs and helping them meet and exceed their corporate goals through innovative, cost-effective solutions.

We have built a team of over 100 top-tier professionals that provide services in IT project delivery that includes: Program & Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Instructional Design, Communications and Technical Writing. Over the past 15 years, we have built a vetted network of thousands of consultants in this space that we can leverage to meet our client demands in a timely manner.

We are unique in the Western Canadian marketplace in our deep specialization within IT. We are not a general IT firm, nor a general recruiting firm, but rather, specialists in Project Delivery. Our team of internal experts have many years of direct experience delivering projects across industries, in all areas of IT. We pride ourselves on our ability to match solutions to our clients’ needs and culture. We work closely with our clients to offer unique, value-added solutions that can be provided in flexible ways that can include on demand, fixed price arrangements, time and materials, specialized consultant placements, and contract to hire arrangements.

Tricon’s business lines include

Tricon offers services to initiate and start up, maintain, refresh and/or enhance existing project management, support or control offices (PxOs). What we do for you depends on your existing project office (PxO) if one exists, your readiness for change and how you want to position the PxO.

We will walk you through a formal project office assessment to determine what type of project office structure and service your organization is ready for, based on your company’s specific culture, direction, and structure.

Companies can employ Project Office services as either fit-for-purpose statements of work (SOW), through longer-term services/maintenance agreements, or as out-source or co-source arrangements.

We are an IT Project Management firm that specializes in what we describe as Non Technical/ End to End Project Delivery.

This includes staff augmentation in the areas of:
