At Tricon our Customer Success Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing business for Tricon through the development of long-term, trusting relationships with our customers – both Consultants and Clients.   While your primary responsibility is for client sales and consultant support, you are also our gateway to the outside community and as such are responsible for being ambassadors of our core values: Authentic Relationships; Teamwork, Caring and Growth. Through this, we place a high degree of importance on understanding our clients’ problems and offering fit-for-purpose solutions to meet their needs. We exist to create a community of elite project rockstars, to help meet our client’s pressing business needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for all customer account management matters with your clients
  • Qualify and document client requirements in Tricon’s CRM, Bullhorn
  • Vet resources submitted to your jobs in Bullhorn as final qualification for fit with your client culture and requirements
  • Prepare proposals for your clients to introduce relevant Tricon service offerings which may include any of our professional services offerings (working with our Professional Services team) and be able to highlight the strengths and matches of consultants through staff augmentation submissions
  • Pre-screen candidates, ensuring they have recent resumes and references before introducing them to clients for opportunities
  • Provide consultant support to all consultants placed with your clients (except for Tricon Professional Services employees) to support them in delivery of the contract and influence long term retention
  • Negotiate client (both end client and consultant) contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Meet with candidate referrals provided directly to you to introduce Tricon, our services and complete initial assessment of potential fit with Tricon
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with others on the Customer Success team to identify and grow opportunities within client base
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Project Resource (Project Coordinator, Jr Project Manager or Project Analyst) OR Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Sales Customer Success Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Bullhorn or HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or relevant field would be an asset
